Procedure  
1 All exhibitors must submit certain details on how and what they are exhibiting by 8th Januar 2007. (In the 'Details of booth design and personnel Annexure 1). The exhibitor is responsible for ensuring all elements of their booth can withstand the stresses of wind and live loads that visitors, staff and the elements will subject it to.
2 All exhibitors MUST gain the written 'PLAN APPROVAL NOTICE' from the organisers. (By 15th January 2007)
3 All plans will be inspected by the organisers prior to the show, then your actual structure will be inspected onsite; but it is the exhibitor's full responsibility to ensure that their booth is stable at all times. Any structure deemed unstable must be made safe by the exhibitor prior to the booth being allowed to open.

5 Should any booth submission be incomplete or unacceptable, the Exhibitor or their contractor (whoever submits their plans) will receive a 'PLAN REFUSAL NOTICE' outlining the areas that require attention
6 A late submission surcharge of USD 500 per booth will be applied to ALL EXHIBITOR'S booth plans received after the deadline of 8th January 2007.
7 It is the responsibility of the Exhibitor to ensure that work carried out on their behalf is safe and undertaken by trained and competent persons.
