Loading Capacity of floor:
Dynamic load limit of wooden decked platform: 175 kilograms per square meter
 
Height restrictions
Booths situated on the SIDES of the air - conditioned halls have a height of 2.5 mtrs. from the ground. Above the booth, free usable space is restricted to 0.5 mtrs.
Booths situated in the CENTER of the air - conditioned halls have a height of 2.5 mtrs. from the ground. Above the booth, free usable space is restricted to 2 mtrs.
 
Suspension from ceiling
Will be approved on the basis of the designs
 
Gate Width
There will be no access from the front gate. Access to exhibitors to bring in their material will be allowed ONLY from the Side Gate.
Side Gate: Width 3 mtrs. X Height 3 mtrs.
 
Regulation on vehicle admission to the ground (Only for exhibitors displaying
boats/heavy equipment at the exhibition)
The unloading and placement of boats and heavy equipment will be handled by our internal official logistics agency, which will be intimated to you shortly.
 
Requirement of crane/vehicle to be informed by 8th of January 2007 to the organisers.
 
The boats will be allowed to enter in the exhibition area only between 17th - 19th February 2007 and entry will be from behind the halls next to the cafeteria area.
 
The exhibitor will need to give a time schedule of when they plan to get the boats in.
 
The space where the exhibitor intends placing the boat, will have to be marked by 15th January latest.
